New Build Pilot Cutter Lloyds 100+
$3.5m dollar Camarc Design Pilot Cutter for Newcastle Ports Corporation, NSW. This vessel was constructed to Lloyd’s 100A1 SSC. Guy managed the new build, conducted sea trials and handed the vessel over to Newcastle Ports. The vessel was named after the very first Newcastle Port Ships Pilot, Sir 'Henry Newton'.
The Camarc Design was a replacement for the existing Striker Hull Pilot Boats, with an expected 30-year life span.
New Build Motor Yacht 'ONEWORLD'
Motor Yacht 'Oneworld' was launched in 2018 by the Majesty Yachts Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Guy was employed as the Commissioning Engineer during the build, conducted sea trials on the Persian Gulf and handed the vessel over to her Australian owners. The new build project included Australian contractors for the initial survey and electrical installations. Oneworld is built to RINA Classification Society rules and is compliant with AMSA 2C, 1E & 1D for Australian operations.
Motor Yacht 'MARAMA'
Motor Yacht 'MARAMA' is a 470gt ocean-going Super Yacht, built by the Delta Group, Seattle in the United States. During her maiden voyage to Australia, Guy was contracted as Chief Engineer and to manage the ABS Class survey inspection in Cairns. Guy also guided the owners throughout the West Pacific and Australia's East Coast, including an extended visit to the Whitsundays.
