Hull damage is often linked to an impact with a fixed or floating object, although this is not always the case. During our hull damage inspections, we meticulously inspect both the hull integrity and machinery, to assess any damage, deformation or machinery malfunctions. We start with a thorough visual examination, checking for signs of fatigue, failure, structural damage, or design flaws.
We are accredited under National Maritime Law, to examine and report on all construction materials for commercial vessels: (NSCV Part C. Section 3. Construction)
We utilize a range of techniques, to delve deeper into the hulls' construction, conducting non-destructive tests to identify potential faults. Our surveys adhere to strict industry standards and regulations, ensuring accurate and reliable reports.
We compile a comprehensive image-rich report detailing our findings and recommendations. Our written report empowers you with the insights needed to make informed decisions regarding the circumstances associated with the damage or short falls, and what repairs may be required to rectify deficiencies.
